Happy summer! I hope you’re off to a fabulous start to the season. We’ve just wrapped up the first half of the year, and we’re getting ready to roll into the second, which makes this the perfect time to take a little breather and look honestly at your business.
Start with what worked. Look back at the first half and find the activities that actually moved the needle for you. Those are the things to double down on. Then look at what didn’t work, and give yourself permission to stop doing some of it. Letting go of what isn’t producing is just as important as leaning into what is.
From there, recommit to the basics that drive this business. Get back on your daily calendar and be consistent with your lead follow-up. Stay consistent, checking in with your past clients too, wishing them a happy six-month, one-year, or two-year anniversary, whatever fits. They genuinely love hearing from you, and those touches come back around.
This is also a great moment to lean on the people in your corner. Take your mastermind group a fresh question: do they have any new ideas you can put to work in the second half? Same with your coaches and your mentors. They’re all there to support you, so use them. And if you ever have a question, I’m a phone call or an email away. We’re all here to support your growth.
So let’s get back to work. Roll up your sleeves, smile and dial, and stay consistent on your calls and your follow-up. Let’s make it a great second half.
